    Please note that I am use your App BHIM App I have send sum Money Rs. 500/= to Mr. Ajay Kumar [email protected] Transaction ID No 715307350779 on 02/06/2017 sowing Transition Successful debit from my a/c But Till date Mr. Ajay Kumar [email protected] not Credit I have already lunch Complain on 19/06/2017 through your BHIM App But till date Not Credit to sender A/c or not Return my a/c
    So you are request please look into the matter solve the problem as early as possible

    Hi Sir,
    My bank statement shows as [email protected]/LIC and debitted 6551 , this is towards LIC premium payment. LIC never received that amount.

    Please help me to track the amount . and I want to know where the amount has gone ?

    Hi,
    I have done a transaction on 8 JULY 2017 with bhim app the transaction was expired.but the amount was neither credited to the Beneficiary neither it is been reversed in my account.
    Transaction ID 718912736044
    I have also raise the query from bhim app but still it is open and no response received.

    I am use your App BHIM App I have send sum Money Rs. 9999/= to Mr. Ratan singh [email protected] Transaction ID No 719220653816 on 11/07/2017 showing Transition failed but debit from my a/c But Till date Mr. ratan singh [email protected] not Credit I tried to call customer care but there is no one pick call. what to do recover my money.pls solve my problem as soon as possible.

    Hello Sir, I send money through BHIP app. I put correct account no. but I put wrong IFSC code. My account is debited but amount is not transferred to other person account. Please help me what can I do. My Account details is

    I have done three transactions through BHIP App.

    Transaction ID- 719309743234, UPI Address is [email protected]. Amount is Rs. 1000 Transaction date 12 July, 2017.

    Transaction ID- 719309743536, UPI Address is [email protected]. Amount is Rs. 4000. Transaction date 12 July, 2017.

    Transaction ID- 719309752574, UPI Address is [email protected]. Amount is Rs. 100 Transaction date 12 July, 2017.

    My name is amol meher . I have sent money to Mr. Abhijit Triambak Meher [email protected] from our Bhima Approximately Rs. 10000 dated 25th July 2017 onwards for exactly 17:54:19pm. Transaction id 720617144778, transection showing successful and debited 10000 from my account ,but the person’s bank Saving account has not been credited. please get the money back immediately.

    My name is Sayali Mahale . I have sent money to Ms. Shobha Mahale [email protected] from our Bhim App with my IDBI Account as Rs. 10000 and 2000RS dated 6th July 2017 onwards for exactly 21:18 pm. Transaction id 718721325038 and 718721324588 transaction showing successful and debited total 12000 from my account ,but the mom’s bank(SBI: [email protected]) Saving account has not been credited. please get the money back immediately , it to complicated
    Please do whatever you want because contacted to both banks they are saying no issue from there side , then what is the problem i want to know and how we can believe using this app .

    Please asp transfer the money to SBI account.
    Otherwise its too serious issue please do it immediately its 12000RS not a joke.

    Hello,
    I tried to transfer an amount of Rs. 500 from my State Bank of India account to Canara bank account on 27/July/2017 at 3:31pm. But the amount has got debited in SBI account but not credited in the Canara bank beneficiary account. Please find the details below :

    I wanna know that all such things are over when i join the account with my registered Sim card earlier it shows no to connect afterthat it’s solve and when i join with my bank i am stucked over detecting OTP to generate UPI..
